Privacy Policy

Mocks is a local-first mockup and motion editor. This policy explains what information Mocks processes when you use the editor or sign in.

Information we process

• Google account information. When you choose Google sign-in, we receive your name, email address, profile image, Google account identifier, and authentication credentials needed to create and maintain your session. We never receive your Google password.
• Projects and media. Project data is stored in your browser. When you sign in, project documents are also stored in your account so your devices and authorized agents can edit them. Imported media and rendered exports may be stored by our hosted service when needed to operate editor features or create an export.
• Agent API keys. If you create an agent key, we store only a one-way hash plus its label, permissions, usage, expiration, and revocation metadata. The secret value is shown only when created.
• Technical information. Our hosting providers may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and diagnostic logs for security and reliability.

How we use information

We use this information only to authenticate you, operate and secure Mocks, provide requested editor and export features, troubleshoot problems, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information or use Google account data for advertising.

Service providers

Mocks relies on Google for sign-in and Cloudflare for application hosting, networking, and data storage. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect the security and rights of Mocks and its users.

Retention and deletion

Authentication and operational data is kept only while reasonably needed to provide and secure the service. Browser-stored project data remains on your device until you remove it or clear site data. Signed-in project data remains in your account until you delete it. Agent keys can be revoked at any time from the account menu. To request deletion of other account data stored by Mocks, email us at the address below.

Security

We use HTTPS, restricted access controls, secure cookies, and managed infrastructure to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to limit the data we collect and reduce unnecessary exposure.

Children

Mocks is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
