Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Mocks. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Mocks.

Using Mocks

Mocks gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the editor and its export features. You are responsible for your account, your device, and activity performed through your session.

Your content

You keep ownership of screenshots, recordings, designs, and other content you import or create. You grant Mocks only the limited rights needed to process that content, provide editor features, and produce exports you request. You represent that you have permission to use the content you submit.

Acceptable use

You may not use Mocks to:

• violate laws or another person's rights;
• upload malware or interfere with the service;
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts or infrastructure;
• misrepresent your identity or use deceptive content; or
• abuse automated access in a way that disrupts other users.

Third-party services

Mocks uses third-party services, including Google and Cloudflare. Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Service changes

Mocks is an evolving product. Features may change, become unavailable, or be discontinued. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law.

Disclaimers

Mocks is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are responsible for keeping copies of important source files and exports.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mocks and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or business arising from use of the service.

Changes and contact
